Job Description:

CSFi is seeking an E-Payment Application Support Analyst to join the team in CSFi ME , In this role, you will work directly with Our financial institutions in the Region .

This team of Application Analysts provides Support and implementation services for ATM, Debit card related projects for our financial institutions that Uses CSFi Solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience working in the E-payment and cards industry
  • Must have prior experience that includes ATM/Debit/Credit Card processing, Visa/MasterCard/ Card related programs, EMV, or Card Manufacturing Services
  • Demonstrates a basic level of technical knowledge for IT networking and client/server based software delivery and use.
  • Database application software and Operating systems
  • Able to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (or equivalent), or related field
  • Experience working with CSFi Switchware products
  • E-payment Industry card processing experience with different ATM/POS and E-payment switch vendors and Banking Industry

Role Description :

  • perform 1st and 2nd Line Support and troubleshooting for our Payments Application and provide technical analysis and findings report.
  • Creates and maintains complete documentation relative to the support of application software.
  • Assists development teams in requirements definition, system design and delivery of projects.
  • Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leader.
  • Engage in new customer setups, which requires communication with multiple parties, including co-workers, customers, banking representatives, and technical contacts .

Software Engineer

This position is to engineer software used in the banking and financial industry for driving ATM machines and processing debit card transactions. CSFi offers a superb work environment and benefit package, including 401K and health insurance. Salary is commensurate with experience level.
Expected Competencies:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software development using C programming language and SQL query language
  • (Required) 4 year Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (or related subject) from an accredited institution
  • Experience in developing relational transaction OLTP-based SQL database software
  • Experience in using Unix/Linux operating systems
  • Experience in windows and web applications is also very helpful
  • Demonstrates a basic level of technical knowledge for IT networking as it relates to software production environments. Can easily explain how client/server software and network infrastructure can be arranged to optimize performance
  • Demonstrates an extensive knowledge of the ORM and relational database model and practices. Capable of explaining how database relationships can be developed for one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many relationships
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
  • Uses strong verbal and communication skills to explain complex and detailed technical specifications
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

This position focuses on identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems for customers using a banking software platform related to the ATM and debit card delivery channels within the banking and financial industry.
