Universal City, TX : To take advantage of CSFi’s new G4 Web-based apps, TexStar National Bank has upgraded their EZswitch® Plus system to EZswitch® 2012. The simultaneous migration of their existing physical server to a VMware virtual machine increases system reliability while reducing the bank’s investment in hardware resources. With six locations and over $200 million in assets, TexStar National Bank will now rely on EZswitch 2012 to handle online processing of ATM-debit transactions for their account cardholders. Using EZswitch 2012, TexStar National Bank enhances their offering to their cardholders by introducing real-time balance updates, stand-in processing, enhanced fraud protection and a host of new features, including:
- G4 Web-based Apps (for transaction research, cardholder research, system monitoring, and job/task schedule managing)
- Stand-in authorization using a positive balance file (PBF) and/or card limits (the system will authorize using a PBF or card limits when the host authorizing system is unavailable)
- Single point of card maintenance entry
- Real-time online card maintenance (OLCM) interface (for Precision only)
- Card maintenance batch file (CMBF) transmittal to the ATM/EFT network
- Reconciliation subsystem
- On-demand ATM/EFT network denial rules (a new CSFi client application)
