u/SNAC™
Network Access Controller
The u/SNAC™ is a multi-purpose workstation that is deployed at a financial institution's data center to perform several critical tasks. These tasks include running the client applications that perform EFT network monitoring functions for SWITCHWARE®, EZswitch™ and EZswitch™Plus and the Net Services client application for VOLTDS®.
The u/SNAC™ is also used as a platform for the u/SNITCH™ automated monitoring and notification system, to run remote support software as a server for legacy protocol support (i.e., legacy-driven polled ATMs, dial-up ATMs, X.25 connections, etc.) when required.
