An enterprise transaction processing and management system that adheres to open
system concepts and a client/server architecture. The transaction processing
engine resides on a UNIX platform while the user interface resides on client
workstations. System data is stored in a relational database.

u/VOLTDS (UNIX-based, Virtual On-Line Transaction Distributor System) is an
integral part of the u/SWITCHWARE on-line system as it is responsible for
message delivery. u/VOLTDS is a network control and transaction distribution
software module that allows u/SWITCHWARE to communicate with any other node in
the network, whether it’s an ATM, POS device, switch or an authorizing
application.

Get ATM status email alerts sent directly to your cell phone, pager or email
address! u/SNITCH is a complete monitoring tool that continually watches all
components within the u/SWITCHWARE enterprise. This includes not only ATMs, but
network interchange connections, host authorizer systems and the server itself!

The u/SWITCHWARE® Network Access Controller (u/SNAC™) is a multi-purpose system
that complements the u/SWITCHWARE ATM/POS Transaction Switching System in
performing several critical functions. The system is flexible, can be scaled to
meet future growth requirements and utilizes industry standard components that
are easily serviced and maintained.

u/START the u/SWITCHWARE Transaction Authorization Replay Tool, is a test and
benchmark utility for applications that use u/VOLTDS as its transaction
processing subsystem. u/START uses the data capture files archived by u/VOLTDS
as the source of its replay messages. Transactions from the data capture are
saved to a database where they can be edited and replayed through another
release of software.

A browser-based reporting system that integrates with u/SWITCHWARE to provide
management data for ATM availability, transaction types and volumes,
acquirer/issuer fees and transaction response times. The reports can be
generated by institution, region, node, device type and date/time period.

The Host Security Module Server is a software application that operates as a
Windows service on CSFi’s u/SNAC PC enabling a serial-attached HSM security
device local area network LAN connectivity.
