Regional Missouri Bank chooses EZswitch® 2010 (Plus)

Marceline, MO: Regional Missouri Bank has selected EZswitch® 2010 (Plus) to meet their ATM/debit on-line interface needs to their Fiserv Precision core system. The implementation will include an on-line interface to Shazam that supports on-line ATM/debit issuer authorizations and real-time hot carding. Transmittal of Shazam's 78E batch plastics file will enable single point of card maintenance entry on Precision.


Citizens Bank of Kilgore agrees to EZswitch® 2010 upgrade

The upgrade will include implementing new Shazam and on-line card maintenance (OLCM) interfaces that (when using Shazam's 78E batch plastics file) will support single point of card maintenance entry on Precision.


Commonwealth Bank chooses FraudBlock™ for real-time fraud prevention

Louisville, KY: Commonwealth Bank & Trust has selected FraudBlock™ to meet their fraud detection and protection needs. A rules-based solution, FraudBlock offers financial institutions the ability to setup rules for both real-time and background fraud detection. The real-time mode provides on-line authorization decisions to identify and prevent fraudulent activity before it occurs. The background mode collects historical data but does not perform real-time authorization decisions.

ValueBank Texas agrees to ADA compliance project

Corpus Christi, TX: ValueBank Texas has agreed to a project that will bring their network of Diebold ATMs into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prior to a March 15, 2012 deadline. The project will consist of converting their English-based ATM load to support text to speech functions.


Marfin Egnatia Bank approves remote ATM key loading project

Athens, Greece: Marfin Egnatia Bank has agreed to implement SWITCHWARE's remote key loading solution for NCR's Aptra multi vendor software that will support their network of NCR, Diebold and Wincor ATMs. The solution will enable the bank to centralize their remote ATM key loading requirements to avoid manually loading the keys at each ATM and SWITCHWARE will also manage RSA authentication functions with their HSM.


Bank of Commerce selects EZswitch 2010 (Plus)

EZswitch 2010 (Plus) will provide connectivity to the TransFund EFT network and a Fiserv Precision core system. Single point of card maintenance entry will be provided using a card maintenance file transmittal to Elan. The system will also process ATM and debit issuer transactions for the Peoples Bank in Westville, OK.


PointBank uses FraudBlock™ to block fraudulent transactions attempted in Italy

Pilot Point, TX: After confirming transactions had not been performed by one of their cardholders, Point Bank was able to successfully block fraudulent transactions that were originating from Italy. While the perpetrator’s methods for capturing cardholder data remained unknown, the customized rules in FraudBlock™ had successfully identified and blocked the transactions. FraudBlock™ is an integrated software solution designed to identify and protect banks against fraudulent cardholder use. FraudBlock™ uses a combination of parameterization and customized rules to scan each transaction for potential fraud, and if detected, can either block the transaction or send an alert notification to bank personnel.


UNFCU to provide no envelope cash and check deposits to their members

First Citizens Bank is live with IBM Informix RSS Replication for SWITCHWARE®

Port of Spain, Trinidad: First Citizens Bank Ltd. has successfully upgraded their production, test, and disaster recovery servers with Informix 11.5 FC8 using Informix RSS Replication. The bank has established an offsite Informix Remote Standalone Secondary (RSS) replication server using a 10 MPS circuit with an attached WAN optimizer to increase throughput. The remote RSS server is designed as a disaster recovery solution that synchronizes automatically to better handle communication line disruptions. This is the first SWITCHWARE® system to be installed with the Informix RSS solution.


First National Bank of Mount Vernon selects EZswitch 2010 (Plus)

Mount Vernon, Texas: First National Bank of Mount Vernon has signed contracts with CSFi to implement EZswitch 2010 (Plus) providing an online ATM/debit authorization interface into their Fiserv Precision core system. The bank will now be able to authorize issuer transactions (originated from the TransFund EFT network) using the most recent balances reflecting all other bank delivery channel activity. If the Precision core is unavailable, EZswitch 2010 (Plus) will stand in using a current balance file. Single point of card maintenance will be supported using a CACM file. Sentinel will provide bank personnel with alert notifications should any authorization or system disruptions be detected.

Commonwealth Bank Trust Co. to implement Informix with real-time HDR to meet their business continuity needs

PointBank Live with SWITCHWARE 3.12

Pilot Point, TX: A project to migrate PointBank to SWITCHWARE Release 3.12 has just been completed. This highly anticipated software release has been certified by the PCI Security Standards Council as a PA-DSS compliant payment application and supports a new secondary authorizer function to perform on-line real-time fraud prevention functions when used with FraudBlock. The bank plans to implement FraudBlock immediately after this conversion to meet all of their fraud detection and prevention needs.

United Bulgarian Bank selects DART for their Temenos T24 stress testing needs

Sofia, Bulgaria: United Bulgarian Bank has selected DART to conduct performance and stress tests prior to migrating their existing SWITCHWARE authorization interface from Temenos Globus G13 to Temenos T24. The bank also plans to upgrade their VOLTDS system prior to the migration. DART will allow the bank to use captured transaction data to perform their benchmark testing and CSFi's u/MATCH will allow them to compare the results against their test system. TotalCARE services will also be available to the bank to assist in their migration effort.

American Bank of Texas migrates to the Transfund EFT Network

Tompkins Trust Company moving towards ADA compliance

The project will consist of SWITCHWARE modifications that support new ATM-resident software already supporting ADA functions and existing ATM software requiring text to speech conversion work.

Bank Aljazira successfully completes EMV Issuer project with Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA)

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: Bank Aljazira successfully completed an EMV issuer project with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA). CSFi's SWITCHWARE payment authorization and transaction switching system provided an interface to the Saudi Payments Network (SPAN2) national switch and created an EMV card emboss file using PinGen.

CSFi enters into new agreements with key business partners

CSFi extended its existing OEM/ASL agreement with IBM and its existing MVP participation with MasterCard while entering into a new reseller agreement with Vormetric. The Vormetric relationship will enable CSFi to sell database encryption solutions to its worldwide clientele using Oracle as their relational database.
