Technical Support Services

The Comprehensive Action and Resolution Environment (CARE) program includes access to CSF International's technical support services by phone (941-379-0881), fax (941-371-5223) or email (Customer.Service@csfi.com) during CSFi's normal business hours:

Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
- 0400 UTC


Technical support services are also provided through a web support system (www.csfi.com/login-websupport.htm) that generates referenceable ticket numbers and is available any time of the day or night.  The tickets are monitored by technical support staff during normal business hours to ensure timely resolution of the problem.   In addition to generating trouble tickets, the web support system can also be used to generate tickets for general questions, system change requests or new product requests.  There is also a FAQ area that can be accessed to research problems or issues without requiring technical support staff assistance.


Support calls or emails received after normal business hours will be handled on the next available business day.  Customers that require 24-hour technical support services may subscribe to either the Silver or Gold 24-hour support plans.


Software Updates

The CARE program also provides services relative to the correction of errors found by the customer (or any other CSFi customer) during the warranty period.  After the warranty period, an annual license fee (ALF) payment entitles the customer to extended CARE services plus new software releases that are included in subsequent releases of the base system software that was licensed.

Barwa Bank selects u/SWITCHWARE®

Doha, Qatar: Barwa Bank has selected CSFi's u/SWITCHWARE® solution to provide ATM/POS terminal driving functions including EMV transaction processing for up to 50 ATMs and 500 POS terminals. Bulk note acceptance and RSA authentication for remote key transport will also be supported at their ATMs. Interfaces to Harland's Phoenix core system, the national Qatar shared EFT network (NAPS), MasterCard and Visa international will also be supported.
