After Hours Plans

 

Customers that require technical support services after normal business hours may subscribe to a Gold, Silver or Bronze support plan. These plans provide similar 24x7 technical support functions but have different annual subscription and usage fees.

Upon subscribing to either of these plans, the customer is provided with a special access code that can be entered when calling into CSFi's main telephone number (941-379-0881) after normal business hours.

Gold Plan

  • Annual subscription fee
  • No hourly usage charge

Silver Plan

  • Annual subscription fee
  • Hourly usage charge (1 hour minimum per call)

Bronze Plan

  • Annual subscription fee
  • Six calls (or) six total hours of support per year
