Using TotalCARE, ADIB will convert with a worry-free upgrade service and take full advantage of the latest version of CSFi’s software solution.
ADIB has also selected FraudBlock™ to satisfy their real-time fraud detection and protection needs. A rules-based solution, FraudBlock offers financial institutions the ability to setup rules for both real-time and background fraud detection. The real-time mode provides on-line authorization decisions to identify and prevent fraudulent activity before it occurs. The background mode collects historical data but does not perform real-time authorization decisions.
Falcon International Bank agrees to EZswitch 2012 upgrade

Falcon International Bank is a $960 million dollar Texas-based community bank with 21 branches. Falcon uses the Shazam network to drive their 17 ATMs and EZswitch to provide a real-time online interface to their Fiserv Precision core banking system for immediate update to the account balances. International Bank of Commerce to implement deposit automation on SWITCHWARE®

San Antonio, TX: International Bank of Commerce has chosen to license and install the deposit automation package for SWITCHWARE®. The deposit automation package allows IBC to deploy new Diebold ATMs that accept multiple cash notes (Diebold ENA) and multiple check deposits (Diebold IDM). IBC cardholders will no longer need to visit the teller inside the bank to make deposits and can now deposit funds direct to their accounts anytime during the day. IBC bank uses SWITCHWARE® to manage their large branch ATM network of more than 200 branches, 400 ATMs, and 450K cardholders throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

The first project will include upgrading their SWITCHWARE software to support EMV acquiring from their NCR and Diebold ATMs. EMV support will also be added to their SEMA (Singapore) network interface to manage foreign EMV ATM card authorizations. A second project is to implement IBM's InfoSphere Guardium Encryption Expert solution supporting database level encryption and protecting sensitive customer data in accordance with today's PCI DSS standards. The incorporation of database level encryption will also bring SWITCHWARE to PA-DSS validation standards.
