Gold 24-Hour Plan
Customers that require technical support services after normal business hours may subscribe to either the Silver or Gold 24-hour technical support plan. Both of these plans provide the same 24x7 technical support services with the only difference being the annual subscription fee and hourly charge billing policies. Upon subscribing to either of these plans, the customer is provided with a special access code that can be entered when calling into CSFi's main telephone number (941-379-0881) after normal business hours.

Doha, Qatar: Barwa Bank has selected CSFi's u/SWITCHWARE® solution to provide ATM/POS terminal driving functions including EMV transaction processing for up to 50 ATMs and 500 POS terminals. Bulk note acceptance and RSA authentication for remote key transport will also be supported at their ATMs. Interfaces to Harland's Phoenix core system, the national Qatar shared EFT network (NAPS), MasterCard and Visa international will also be supported.
